Welded fittings create fixed sealed joints. The scope of their application is:

• sections of pipelines with stressful operating conditions ( environments of varying degrees of aggressiveness and abrasive, high pressure and temperature, shock, vibration, etc. ) and the inadmissibility of leaks;
• areas that do not require constant maintenance.

We offer fittings made of AISI 304, AISI 316, AISI 321.12 ( 08 ) X18N10T, 03X17N14M2T according to DIN and GOST standards. In our catalog:

• collars are stainless. They are used to connect pipes of different diameters and connect containers. Used with free flanges. A free flange does not come into contact with the working environment, so it can be made from cheaper material ( silumin ). Connection with collars provides almost complete tightness;
• challenges. They are used to organize turns in the pipeline at a given angle, usually by 90 °. We offer 90o electric welded DIN and seamless GOST. The weld is critical to the load, so electric welds are used in unstressed sections of the pipeline;
• transitions steel stainless. Create a uniform and safe transition from one pipe diameter to another. In our assortment of transitions DIN and GOST are concentric for connecting pipes, the axes of which coincide, and eccentric for docking pipes with displaced axles;
• tees welded for the distribution of the flow of the working environment of two types: electric welded according to the DIN standard and seamless GOST;
• elliptical steel plugs according to DIN and GOST standards. Create dead end branches in the pipeline, are used as tank bottles. The elliptical configuration is used to correctly distribute the pressure in the pipeline, which allows you to withstand a hydraulic shock of up to 16 MPa.
