FLANTS FROM COMPANY ALFA-STAR

Our catalog contains AISI 304, AISI 316, 12X18N10T stainless steel flanges at affordable prices. We offer products of the following types:

  • welded flanges DIN and GOST. They are welded to the ends of the pipes with two seams. A gasket is installed between the flanges, ensuring the tightness of the connection and the uniformity of the pressure distribution, then a pair of flanges are pulled off using fasteners. The connection withstands pressure up to 2.5 MPa;
  • collar flanges DIN and GOST. They are welded to the pipe with ripe cakes. The connection provides almost complete tightness at a pressure of up to 40 MPa;
  • free flanges are stainless and silomine. They are used complete with a beacon board ( selection, collar ). The collar's end is welded to the end of the pipe with a free flange worn on it. A pair of free flanges is tightened. Such connections are used in hard-to-reach sections of the pipeline, where there is a need for frequent repairs and maintenance. Silumin flanges are less durable than stainless ones, so they are used at pressures up to 1 MPa;
  • DIN and GOST flange plugs to block the flow;
  • flange gaskets of steel and non-metallic DIN and GOST. Steel is used on responsible sections of the pipeline, in other cases, gaskets from rhannite, Teflon, EPDM are used.
